New year, new mixtape.
2020 has been off to a slow start when it comes to mixtapes around here - my apologies. This one has stuff that was sitting on an untitled mix for a while, as well as tracks I tossed in at the last minute. I’m going to keep trying to get better at mixing in unexpected genres, older tracks and more over the course of this year.
I know that my tastes lean decidedly towards guitar-pop indie/rock bands with some heavier stuff sprinkled in, but I do listen to a lot of avant-garde/electronic/noise etc. but often worry that abrasive tracks might throw a wrench in the flow.
I’ll get better at this! I think! I hope!
